Addiction

It has been a long time this I have been addicted. It has happened again. It happened with Wizardry and Diablo 2 and now it's happening again. This time it's Quickhit. Granted, it's only be one night, but the signs are there. I was up until 2:30 this morning playing the online football game, trying to level up my team to be a dynasty. The more you play the better your team becomes and it's free!!! So instead of trying to level up my mage so he can learn the nuclear explosion spell and wipe out the Dark Savant and his minions. With Quickhit I'm just trying to get my left guard good enough so he can protect my quarterback from getting sacked by Dexter Manley. Interestingly, while you level up in Wizardry and Diablo 2 or even Titan Quest, there was a final objective. You played until you killed the supreme baddie. With Quickhit, I'm just leveling up and playing and trying to earn points. No real end objective. I'm just playing to make my team supreme so I can beat every other team around. Anyways we'll see how obsessed I become with this game and if everything else becomes secondary. We'll see.
