I figured that if the Giants split their last four games with the two wins being Philadelphia and Green Bay, they would be sitting pretty. It seems now that an extra victory is needed to insure a playoff spot. That's because the Tampa Bay Buccaneers are still hanging around.
If the Bucs only would've lost Sunday (thanks for nothing, Washington!), then they probably would've dropped out of the playoff picture. But at 8-5 and with Detroit and Seattle coming up, there's a real good chance that they could go ti 10-5 heading into the season finale. Luckily, they'll be playing New Orleans and Tampa has yet to beat a team with a winning record this season.
Green Bay shot itself in the foot with its loss to Detroit so it is hurting especially with New England coming up.
Philadelphia can sew up the division if it wins two of its last three games even if it loses to the Jints.
But again, make it simple just win out and Big Blue is playoff bound.
